No. Service Providers are independent and are not employed by Avodah. They are TESDA certified who registered and submitted relevant government documents. Avodah emphasizes on background checking for the safety purposes of the platform and its customers.

Avodah sets a fixed rate that is beneficial and friendly for both the Service Providers and Customers.

Customer’s registration in the platform is free. You only need to pay for the price that Avodah sets for every service/job offer.

The job starts once the provider arrives and starts working on your request

There is a scheme or arrangement for it.

Avodah does not promote it but Customers could show appreciation by giving tips to Providers.

Yes, Customers could pay directly in cash to Providers.
